How to get to and from Santa Veronica – Transport, buss, plane, taxi
Barranquilla – Santa Veronica
The coastal busroute that connect Barranquilla and Santa Veronica is operated by Expreso Colombia Caribe. The route you should take is «barranqulla – Juan de Acosta/Santa Veronica». It departs more or less every half hour from Calle 38. (38.street).
Cartagena – Santa Veronica
Three companies operate express-buses between Cartagena and Barranquilla. They do stop in Santa Veronica along the main highway, at the famous restaurant “El Sombrero”, the hat. But still do check with the company as you buy the ticket, some of their departures might be direct to Barranquilla without the stop in Santa Veronica.
Buses every hour
Expreso Brasilia and Berlitur and Marsol all both leave Cartagena about two times every hour. Some of the busses do fill up so consider buying the ticket on their website before your travel.

Marsol leaves their terminal in Marbella (Cartagena) at these hours;

Berlitur leaves the terminal in Cartagena every half hour from 05.00 in the morning util 19.00 all days.
Aim for the “Marbella”
We recommend you aim for the “Marbella” area of Cartagena, next to the airport of Cartagena. Here you will find the bus-terminals of both Belitours and Marsol within walking distance to each other. This way you have options of one of the two are fully booked or can’t take your large kite-bag.
Barrage restrictions
If you travel with a large kite-bag be prepared for some issues at the bus terminal. Some of the smaller busses do not have a separate space for luggage below. So depending on the size of the bus they will accept the large bag or have you take a later bus.
